      I have been using this same coffee maker for definitely a decade now and this was the first time the unit gave out not because of electrical failure but because of the wear and tear of one of the parts. So I buy this coffe maker for my daily filter coffee fix with complete confidence that I will continue to do so for the next decade and more.       What a way to dupe the customer. Bought this machine to make authentic south Indian coffee, but instead this machine makes basic brew Coffee. The concoction is very watery and when mixed with milk, it tastes watery. I have a steel manual coffee filter which makes better concoction. I also have Wonderchef Pronto machine which makes better black coffee any day. Waste of money, avoid this if you want authentic coffee taste

      The lid doesn't get fixed inside well ,it's just lightly placed on the top where we pour water. Hence keeps on sliding and water remains uncovered at times if we are not attentive to it.
      Rest all good , been using it for few years .

      Don't see any value addition to this new model, except the plastic colour. Water overflow inside the filter is diluting the decoction. very bad design. The thermostat time and filtration time is not matching. Not worth for the money.
